Dear Stella Rose,
When mama and papa got to come a home a couple weeks ago, Doc said it would be a good thing to be home and "nest." Although there still seems to be a lot to do before your arrival, they have tried to get as much accomplished as possible.
Mama went through all of your many clothes, bibs and blankets, and Lola helped wash them all. There is still quite a bit of organizing to do in your room and in the office turned storage room, but it will all get done eventually.
Papa had a good time putting together all of your gifts. When he and Uncle Ben were little, they used to tell Papaw to read the "constructions" whenever he was trying to put something together. So below is Papa following the "constructions" to put your cradle swing together! (Thank Auntie Eree for this special package that came in the mail for you!)

Mama thought she would never get around to it, but she finally got to start on your curtain for your nursery. Inevitably, the dining room has turned into a temporary sewing room!
It was mama's first sewing project on her own, and she really enjoyed it! She hopes you love it! Here is the finished curtain...
There is still lots to do, and mama and papa can't believe this is the last weekend before you are here! But they think they will just relax this weekend in anticipation of your arrival! The countdown has already begun!
